Chairman of the Board

He was born in Istanbul in 1975. After graduating from Istanbul Private Moda College, he pursued Business Administration degree in Eskişehir Anatolian University Faculty of Administrative Sciences. Between 1994 and 1996, he worked in sales & marketing and customs brokerage. After graduating from university, he worked in Turkey Glass Bottle Manufacturers Inc. Later, he worked as consultant, administrator and general manager at various companies. At some of these companies, he had ownership and partnership.

After his role at Safe Investment GmbH, now he serves as the chairman of the board of directors at Casa Emtia Inc. He knows English and German, he is the father of a daughter.

Mustafa Özcan Akkutlu

He was born in Şanlıurfa in 1990. After graduating from Rauf Denktaş Highschool, he completed his studies in Political Science at Istanbul Bilgi University. He participated in construction and social responsibility projects. He has extensive experience in gas station management.

He serves as the member of board of directors responsible of management of gas stations and investments at Casa Emtia Inc. He knows English.

She graduated from Marmara University İ.İ.B.F Business Administration, Ankara University Master's Degree and Ankara University Doctorate Departments.

She has more than 35 years of experience in organizations as the General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors (IMKB, TSPB, TAKASBANK, MKK, GYODER, ULI, ITO, SPK, ATA MENKUL, MEKSA MENKUL, TMSF, ES MENKUL, MARBAŞ MENKUL, TURKISHYATIRIM)
